Samisk solidaritet med kurderne
Vi fordømmer det tyrkiske angrepet på kurderne i Rojava, og de amerikanske handlingene som har latt dette skje,etter at de forlot sine kurdiske allierte og aksepterte de tyrkiske planene. Vi ber om at Norge fordømmer den tyrkiske offensiven og i samarbeid med det internasjonale samfunnet sanksjonerer Tyrkia for sine angrep mot kurderne.
Sámi solidarity with the Kurds
The Norwegian Sámi Association (NSR) is deeply concerned with the situation of the Kurdish people following the latest developments in northern Syria, Rojava, and we wish to express our deep solidarity with Kurds.
We strongly condemn the Turkish attacks against the Kurds in Rojava, and the US actions for letting this happen after leaving their Kurdish allies and accepting the Turkish plans for an offensive. We call on Norway to condemn the offensive and cooperate with the International community to find proper sanctions against Turkey for attacks against the Kurds.
